The site uses the current reporting structure to organically recreate the organization so that strategy, admin rights, and performance results can be represented based on the existing leadership dynamic.

For example, if you want to know how a plant has performed over the past quarter, you could simply review the Plant Manager’s performance data and get a pretty clear picture for the level of effectiveness and where are the greatest opportunities for improvement across the plant. You can also review the Plant Manager’s strategy and Learning Log to get a precise understanding on areas of focus and what work is being done to address opportunities.

Deployment of strategy and maintaining the alignment of targets is made simple with Impruver’s Org Modeling technology. The system simply identifies the reporting relationships throughout the company and deploys strategy through these natural leadership channels. Each user establishes a vision and target condition, then their manager verifies that each of these is aligned with their own vision and target condition. In aggregate, you have an organization that is marching uniformly in the same direction and gaining speed generated through momentum that lesser organized competitors simply cannot match.

There are no designated system administrators in Impruver. This allows people to just create accounts and start getting better business results without having to jump through red tape and bureaucratic loopholes.

Managers decide what administrative rights their employees have such as:

  • Editing line rates
  • Adding products and production lines
  • Adding machines and reason codes
  • Managing subscritions
  • …etc.

This allows managers to decide how much control and / or ownership they want members of their team to have.

If one person registers to the system, they are automatically granted full admin rights. As their managers join, managers are granted the privilege of determining which rights are cascaded.

We like to imagine all of these spectacular characteristics that great leaders have, but at the end of the day, the proof is in the results. Great leaders produce great results (the right way of course) through the people who follow them. Let’s not be deceived in considering someone a great leader because they look and sound the part.
