Impruver’s Coaching Methodology is designed to transfer business improvement capability throughout the organization empowered by technology to sustain and repeat results.

Autonomous Transformation
The Impruver methodology is designed to transfer coaching and improvement capability into your organization so that continuous growth can be achieved autonomously within 6 months. The technology provides features to support execution of all of the necessary steps for developing CI talent seamlessly.
In the first 90 days, a leader in the organization executes an improvement project, producing great results with the support of an Impruver Coach. During the second 90 days, the coachee uses the Impruver Methodology to coach another member of the organization with the support of an Impruver Coach. This qualifies the internal coach to continue to propagate CI Coaching and Improvement capability throughout the organization.
